About Mayhem
Sean Anderson began his martial arts journey at just 10 years old, building a lifelong commitment to training, discipline, and personal growth. His experience extends beyond the dojo, including personal protection work for bands such as Outkast and Papa Roach—bringing a real-world perspective to his approach to awareness, preparation, and self-defense.
Through Mayhem Combatives, Sean teaches practical skills with an emphasis on confidence, self-control, and responsibility. His approach connects traditional martial arts values with the challenges people face in everyday life.
Sean believes that becoming more capable has no age limit. Whether working with teens, adults, or older students through his Legacy Warrior program, his purpose remains the same: help people develop the skills and mindset to protect themselves, support others, and meet life’s challenges with confidence.
